More details have been revealed about the residential aspect of the IconSiam development, the project that at THB50 billion will be Thailand’s biggest private property project.
The Iconsiam development is a joint-venture between developers Siam Piwat, Magnolia Quality Development, and Charoen Pokphand Group, and will spearhead plans to make 10 kilometres of Bangkok’s riverfront a new global icon.
The entire mega-development will include two shopping complexes, residential condominium buildings, and what the developers describe as a multitude of world-class attractions that will bring global recognition to Thailand.
The Magnolias Waterfront Residences, part of the IconSiam project, will featured what are being described as world-class properties. Just 379 private residences will form part of this development, according to a statement from the developers, and all will feature river views and views of the spectacular Bangkok skyline.
The project will also eventually include two waterfront residential condominium buildings – a 70-floor luxury residential building and a 40-floor super luxury residential building. Prices have not yet been revealed for either building but analysts are predicting they could be among the most expensive in Thailand.
The luxury residences are located in a sought-after riverfront location on Charoennakorn Road, on a 50-rai site between the Millennium Hilton hotel and the Peninsula Hotel.
A grand opening invitation-only event is set to take place on Sunday, July 27.
The sales gallery is open daily from 10am until 7pm, with sales presentations by invitation only via: sales.magnolias@iconsiam.com.
Completion of the project is expected in 2017.
