CBRE Thailand has been named the winner for Best Residential Agent (Bangkok) and Best Residential Agent (Phuket) at this year’s Thailand Property Awards.
The awards, now in their seventh year, showcase the best of Thailand’s property industry, from real estate agents, property developers, and interior designers to architects.
CBRE Thailand has been consistently recognised as the industry’s leading agent since 2007 where the company was named the Best International Agent from 2007 to 2009, Best Bangkok and Phuket Agent in 2010 and Best Bangkok, Resort and Commercial Agent in 2011 by the Thailand Property Awards.
This year’s win is testament of CBRE’s leading position in the Bangkok and Phuket markets, two of Thailand’s key residential markets. CBRE also won awards for Property Consultancy, Commercial Agent, Residential Agent Eastern Seaboard and Property Management Company.

In the past year, CBRE Thailand has acted as the sole agent for over 20 residential projects and has concluded sales transactions in leading high-end and luxury developments such as Saladaeng Residences, St. Regis Residences, The Estates at Four Seasons Koh Samui, Ritz Carlton Residences and Athenee Residence in Thailand, as well as selling properties like Song Saa in Cambodia, The Tower – One St. George Wharf, Fitzroy Place and Fulham Reach in London.
