Hyde Sukhumvit took home the award for Best Affordable Condo award at last weekend’s Thailand Property Awards 2012.
The residential complex in the heart of Sukhumvit is being developed by Grande Asset Hotels and Property, and is located on Sukhumvit Soi 13 within close proximity of BTS stations, leading schools and hospitals, 5-star hotels, high-end shopping malls and famous restaurants.

Facilities, which occupy more than 2,000 sqm, include large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness, library, living room, yoga room, playroom and a sky lounge.
