Property developer Ananda has launched its latest project – Ideo Mobi The New Series – under the marketing campaign “Location is wealth for the next gen.”
The developments, in Sukhumvit and Rama 9, will target what the developer describes as the “new generation family” with the idea of extended areas for double happiness. Prices will start at THB 4.7 million.
Chanond Ruangkritya, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ananda Development Public Company Limited, said that during the fourth quarter of 2012 his company will continue its market plan of focusing on developments close to mass transit networks.
He said the four current projects under the Ideo Mobi brand had “very satisfying sales”, particularly Ideo Mobi Sathorn and Phayathai which, he revealed, are close to selling out.
The compact-sized units of 21 sqm were enjoying a very good response, he added.
“If a good study is made with a comparison between the money spent and the value appreciated in the future before decision-making, a buyer will definitely get a residential unit and an asset which can build wealth with value appreciation in the future for the next generation,” he said.
