LPN plans seven new projects

Listed Thai property company LPN Developments has revealed plans to debut seven new mass-market condominium projects during the remaining months of 2012.

Chief Executive Officer Tikhamporn Plengsrisuk said three projects in Bangkok, with units priced below THB2 million, will be launched during June. Two of the remaining four developments will be outside the Thai capital and will be launched in the second half of the year.

The company will also be holding a marketing event, called “Lumpini Big Shock”, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre on June 21 – 24, where it will be showcasing six of its condominium projects. Special financing deals will also be on offer to attendees.
