Best Western Hotels & Resorts has announced that it will open a hotel at Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok as it continues to expand into Thailand. The new hotel will be opened in the 4th quarter of 2020, according to local media reports.
The property will be called Best Western Nada Don Mueang Hotel and the company is targeting airline passengers and the rising number of business and leisure travellers exploring the northern area of Bangkok. The property is being developed by Nuchinporn and this will be the 3rd hotel they have built for Best Western Hotels & Resorts.
“Bangkok is one of the world’s most popular destinations for international travellers, and many of these visitors are now arriving and departing the city through Don Mueang International Airport. We are delighted to be working with Nuchinporn once again, following our two previous partnerships. Together, these three exciting new hotels will provide a choice of high-quality international accommodation and facilities for travellers in the up-and-coming area of North Bangkok,” says Olivier Berrivin, Best Western Managing Director of International Operations in Asia, to The Nation.
Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel and the Vīb Sanampao Bangkok, which is now under construction, are the 2 hotels Nuchinporn has developed for Best Western Hotels & Resorts in Thailand. Best Western Nada Don Mueang Hotel will be equipped with 270 guestrooms and features a modern style. The company hopes that the hotel’s location next to Don Muang International Airport, which offers connections to many international and domestic hubs, will help it be successful.
“Best Western is excited to be adding the Best Western Nada Don Mueang Hotel to its portfolio of hotels in Bangkok. As the city’s tourism continues to rise, Best Western is pleased to offer yet another exceptional hotel that, upon completion, is sure to provide guests with the superior service and amenities that today’s travellers are looking for,” says Ron Pohl, Best Western Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
