New Senior Development Hits Milestone

Jin Wellbeing County launched in May offering a unique approach to senior living in Thailand. The project now has over 300 units reserved with demand coming from the country’s aging population as well as international retirees. The development is being built with several features tailored for senior living.

“Every single detail in this project is designed with keeping in mind the residents well-being. We want everyone to maximise their capability and potential. We encourage them to go out, interact with others and live happily in this warm and friendly environment. We hope to see everyone live actively at any stage in life regardless of their physical limitation. Jin Wellbeing County is ready to lead a new trend in senior living and hopes to inspire the public at large to adopt active living lifestyle as the country is aging. We want Thailand to become a healthy aging society in the future,” says John Lee, CEO, Jin Wellbeing County and Chairman of Premiere Home Healthcare Co., Ltd, in a press release.

Jin Wellbeing County is equipped with innovations that are designed with the safety and care of residents in mind. These features include a smart wristband and the Jin Application, which combine to offer a tracking system capable of locating the wearer and sending the information to the control centre.

The tracking system in the wristband can also alert those wearing it of health information such as when to take medicine. The Jin Application has been designed to make life easier for those living at the development. It offers several services such as recommending healthy menus, making appointments with doctors, booking activity classes, and calling the project’s shuttle bus service.

“In addition to facilities and services, smart wristband and Jin Application will be offered for our residents to ensure that everyone will be treated exclusively well for their safety and superior standard of living. All our offerings will emphasise on Jin Wellbeing County’s leadership in the residential project segment for senior people as well as in the investment term,” says Lee.
